LETTERS FROM PAST ATTENDEES:
My name is Paul Switzer, towards the end of last year a perfect storm took place when WaMu – was forced into bankruptcy by the FDIC and sold to Chase and Safeco Insurance was acquired by Liberty Mutual, my sole clients and their $100,000,000 sales revenue stream disappeared overnight. Suddenly I was unemployed. The Re-Invention Forum sponsored by WIN and the connections I made during the seminar series have helped to rejuvenate my career and life. The broad range of business ideas, the new ways of thinking and cutting edge information helped to transform my personal plan of action and my results! I would highly recommend the Re-Invention Forum to small business owners, consultants and anyone that wants to reach beyond the world they have framed to create new possibilities for their life and business: NOW!
As a small-business owner, I would like to take the opportunity to share with you the inspiration I received from working with Gabriella Van Breda and Pam Hoelzle as an attendee at their Re-Invention/Change THINK workshops. During the four-week session I was exposed to new, outside-the-box thinking such as how to use marketing, relationships and social networking to expand my business.I would recommend the training to anyone thinking of starting a business, and more so for those already involved, but wanting to re-invent what they do in a more successful way.
I wanted to thank you for sponsoring the “Re-invention” Forum. I have been working at Microsoft for 14 years in Advertising Marketing and Sales and wanted to take supplemental training to help challenge my thinking as the market continues to evolve. The value of the seminar was that it helped me re-think and evaluate the future of media, advertising and marketing. With the growth of Social Media, Mobile and Web Analytics our world is changing. I am already applying what I gained at the seminar and impacting customers.
I would recommend the Re-Invention forum to others who want to challenge their thinking and push themselves and their business out of their comfort zone.

Dear World Impact Network,
I have owned my own business for over five years. As an entrepreneur it is up to me to stay current with trends, craft my services to meet customer needs, and foster partnerships for referrals and support. I was excited to attend the Winter 2009 session of “New Thinking, New Actions for a New Economy”, sponsored by WIN with facilitator Pam Hoelzle. The seminar exceeded my expectations because of its high-quality content and delivery. The benefits of this seminar to an executive, entrepreneur, person in a career transition, or a student is two-fold. First, the content was organized and exceptional. The information interesting, applicable to businesses, and all of us could connect as one unit; excited about change. Second, the tools we learned in the seminar have personally increased my bottom-line. For example by utilizing new revenue streams and partnerships, I have new clients and/or referral fees.
With kind regards,
Owner DBA, Creative Photo Imaging
Please accept my congratulations on a fabulous Re-Invention forum. Pam Hoelzle is both energetic and loaded with solid information. I really enjoyed the opportunity to be a part of your initial workshop series. As a professional full time real estate agent, I have attended numerous seminars and I can say without hesitation, this was one of the best because it related directly to my small business. I know there were many others with small businesses who were also able to gain valuable insights. What I appreciated most were the applications I can start using today to increase my exposure in the marketplace and all the ways I learned to identify new areas of opportunities and prospects for my business.
If you need a recommendation, I can certainly confirm the significance of the presentation, the class participation and most importantly, the personal results I have already achieved based on the curriculum and Pam’s contacts and resources.

My name is Laura Broyhill and I have a small, local business; RainRock and have been worried about the economy and its impact on my business. I attended the Re-Invention Seminar series sponsored by WIN in spring of 2008 and was very impressed with the quality, networking, and with the results both professionally and personally.
The Change THINK/Re-Invention principles gave me the skills needed to use to re-invent my thinking, marketing and networking. I have seen results- quickly. By creating a “blue ocean” strategy for my products and marketing them effectively, I have been able to land new business in this economy that I might not have been able to do without your help.
I have also been able to grow my network with “payback” principles of helping others and getting help in an authentic, lasting way. Additionally, I have been able to apply some of these values into my personal life and seen success in both my business and personal life.
I would highly recommend the Re-Invention forum as they are very different from traditional workshops or seminars where you get informational only. These seminars engaged me in ongoing relationships and gave me the knowledge and resources to effect immediate change in my business and life!
I am Annette Schyadre. My business is SAGE – “I” Force and I am a Personal Development Facilitator and Bully Prevention Specialist. For the past fifteen years I have been working in the field of non-violence and character building. For the past seven years my work has been primarily with schools throughout the United States. With the current state of our economy, many schools have not been able to contract to bring my program into their schools. As a result, I have had to reassess how I would bring my expertise to our communities. I was in need of getting clarity for my business mission statement, vision, presence and marketing strategies.
I came upon the press release for the Re-Invent Forum in Bellevue, Washington and thought it was just what I needed. To top it all off, it was at no cost! From the start, I was grateful not only for the opportunity, but for the generosity. With a high level of enthusiasm and positive energy, Pam was able to convey strategic marketing components and processes that helped me become clear as to how I will enter into this new marketing network. I was also made aware of the trends, mindsets and importance of a transparent and authentic business presence. The seminar included participatory exercises, which complemented the verbal and visual information made available. I found the Re-Invention Seminar to be very informative, entertaining, inspiring and highly valuable. I will definitely attend others when the opportunity arises.
